A Vicious Circle

Hi,
i just wanted to point out that the streets of cities like pune and
mumbai are filled with the kids begging all the time. People feel
compassionate by giving them money. I feel begging of any form should
not be entertained. Don't you think when we see those kids on street,
its better that they work and earn than beg and starve. I admitt, its
a pitiable state either ways but atleast earning involves a minute
amount of dignity.
